He is a scam, I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at his store or to rent off of him. None of his property's are up to code and the electronics that he sales never work for long. Most of the things in his shop are used and very over priced for being a apartment clean out or a house clean out. I bought a microwave from him and it only last a week. Again Joe betters will scam you!!! Be smarter then him and save your money for somthing new I promise it will last longer then buying it from his shop.
