  Over 2 hours for an oil change. Not a single vehicle in the garage or a line whatsoever when I got there. No urgency or concern for customers time. Standing around talking to each other and it was over an hour before my truck was even pulled into the garage. Instead of working on the cars in the order they come in, they pull in 3 at same time and casually go from one to the other. If you're looking for anything done in a timely manner, find another garage.

  I JUST DID A RETURN TODAY AND IT WAS NOT ONLY EASY, BUT IT WAS QUICK AND THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY POLITE, KIND AND SEEMED LIKE SHE REALLY LIKED HER JOB AND THAT CAME THROUGH IN HER TREATMENT OF THE PEOPLE IN LINE, WHICH, BY THE WAY MOVED VERY QUICKLY, AND THIS WAS EVEN RIGHT AFTER CHRISTMAS! I WAS EXPECTING AN ABYSMAL EXPERIENCE. BUT MUCH TO MY DELIGHT, IT WAS ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE! MAKES ME NOT WANT TO SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE.
